After Milram, Zabel’s new team for participating in new competitions is the Italian company, international leader in sports eyewear. This time, however, the German athlete gets back in the saddle to test and develop new exclusive models of eyewear and helmets.
No other racer knows Rudy Project’s products like the 38-year-old German. In over 12 years of partnership Zabel, who has won over 200 competitions including 4 Milan-SanRemo and 6 consecutive green jerseys at the Tour de France, has used the best of Rudy Project technology. Now his experience will certainly mark another turning point in the development of new eyewear and helmets for cycling.

To celebrate the brilliant career of its friend Zabel and welcome him into the company, Rudy Project created a special edition of the brand new Noyz glasses, the flagship model of the current collection. In addition, during 2009, Zabel will be the Rudy Project ambassador to many events on an international level taking place all over the world.




All eyes are on the Milan-San Remo and its riders. Ivan Basso, in perfect shape again, will also be tomorrow at the starting line of the Spring Classic which this year is celebrating a special birthday, its 100th.
