The backbone of the Carnac Helium Carbon is its beautiful-MFC5 White Carbon sole. Identical to the sole used on the M5 Carbon, it's gives the Helium Carbon phenomenal lightness and stiffness at 305g.

The MFC5 sole eliminates the need for cleat adapters. This further saves weight, and it lets riders feel closer than ever to the pedals, while giving absolutely flex-free performance from the soles.

Featuring new SMC2 Micro-ratcheting buckle and 2 Dynamic Control Straps.
